How we use your details

Wild Coast Adventures collects personal information only when you send the contact form or email or call us about a tour.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and message
• The tour you asked about, when you use a booking link
• The internet address of the device that sent the form, so we can limit repeated submissions

Why we collect it

We use those details to reply to your enquiry, check availability and arrange a tour. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising lists.

Who receives them

Enquiries go to Wild Coast Adventures at glen@wildcoastadventures.co.za. Our office is at 9 Edly Symons Ave, Beacon Bay, East London, 5241.

A copy is also stored on this website so a message is not lost if email delivery fails. Only the site administrator can read that copy.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the booking conversation. Ask us to delete them when you no longer need that record.

Cookies

The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie so the form cannot be submitted by another site. The public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
