Waterfall Bluff is on the northern Wild Coast, where the cliffs meet the sea near the Msikaba River. A stream comes off the grassland and falls clear of the rock into the ocean. There are very few waterfalls on this coast that drop straight into the sea.
The approach is along the rural tracks north of Port St Johns, on the same run that takes overland tours toward Mkambati. It is a long way from Kei Mouth, and it is usually a stop on the bigger dirtbike and 4x4 itineraries rather than a day ride.
